- Work with existing staff to build mockups and prototypes, establish and create style guidelines and style guide documents as project deliverables.
- Design and implement creative designs and graphics using HTML and CSS.
- Experience optimizing images for web user interface and creating HTML/CSS that matches a Photoshop design layout and understanding how mockups translate to code.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years in experience in internet design.
- Expertise in current internet standards, including web browsers and browser specifications. Ensure that all websites are accessible from variety of different platforms, screen depths and other constraints.
- Working knowledge of networking technologies, including security and encryption on the internet, and basic networking concepts.
- A demonstrated depth of experience in copy/design integration, typography and interactive interface design.
- Experience establishing design standards and related processes.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users and support staff.
- Strong conceptual and creative skills.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Bilingual
Required Skills:
- Hands-on knowledge of current web markup or scripting languages: HTML, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of dynamic or active web content and the use of classic ASP, ASP.NET, and SQL.
- Extensive experience with desktop publishing/imaging applications (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Freehand, Illustrator, Flash) for use in creating graphics optimized for the web.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years professional web design experience.
- Experience and understanding of site architecture, user experience, color theory and color management on the web, proper file formats, compression methods and techniques, etc.

Summary:
The Web Designer must be familiar with user-interface and information architecture principles and how to design websites with database driven content. In addition to his/her design capabilities, responsibilities will include producing designs, prototypes, and various graphics for websites. The web designer must be able to integrate its own designs with ASPX language.
